Your order will be processed within 1- 3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays will be processed on the following business days.
Please understand that items ordered are required to be paid in full prior to shipping.
We aim to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders be delivered within the presented time frame. Sorry, we are not able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Please note that we and our third party shipper may follow national, seasonal, and declared holidays; these no-operation days may also affect the processing and shipping of your package(s).

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use a third party shipper, XEND, for all our deliveries nationwide.
A tracking number provided by the courier will be designated for each processed purchase. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent a text message and email regarding your tracking number confirming that your package is on its way. If for some reason we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses during transit (from the moment item is pick up at the warehouse to the time of delivery to you).
- Delivery within Metro Manila shall take two (2) to four (4) business days upon confirmation of payment.
- Provincial delivery will have a duration of five (5) to seven (7) business days.
- For outside delivery zone locations, it may take an additional two (2) days of delivery.
- All periods shall commence from the day of pick up from our warehouse.

We offer free shipping for single orders amounting to Php 5,000. and above.
Shipping charges for orders below Php5,000. are calculated in the Checkout page.

1.2 DELIVERY STATUS
A tracking number shall be designated to each processed purchase. You may visit our Order Tracker page to check on the status of your delivery.
Once your order has been shipped out of our warehouse, we only have as much information as provided by carrier tracking.
1.3 IF CLIENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO DELIVER PURCHASED ITEM(S)
The courier will attempt to deliver your item(s) a maximum of three(3) times. After the third attempt, the item will be returned to us or the nearest branch of the courier in that area.
If you are not available upon delivery, we may release your items to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:
- Valid ID of authorized recipient
- Valid ID of client who placed an order
- Signed authorized letter
